  The most important thing we do to ensure our clients' satisfaction is to listen. Our job is to support them by researching options, making recommendations, and preparing budgets early in the design process. During construction we keep our clients constantly updated on the schedule and the budget. In addition, we send weekly updates, including site photographs, that document the progress of their home. Maintaining these constant lines of communication allows us to stay focused on our clients' priorities.
